Co-Packing Services
We fill a range of RTDs including mocktails, soft drinks, sodas, energy drinks, cocktails and spritzers. Our available run sizes start from 1 000L + subject to the production and packaging requirements.
We unfortunately do NOT facilitate production of beer, dairy based or fermented products such as Kombuchas.
Bulk Blending & Syrup Supply
We provide both ingredient sourcing and bulk-blending solutions for production. We stock a wide range of core ingredients, including spirits, sugars, juices, sweeteners, acids, flavourings, preservatives, stabilisers, and locally and internationally sourced flavours. We also facilitate the production of externally produced liquids which can be supplied as complete blends, concentrates or pre-packaged dry goods.
BarCraft also offers bulk blending and concentrate production support for products that will be manufactured at other facilities or exported.

Bottling
Our flexible counter pressure bottling lines accommodate both still and carbonated beverages across formats from 50ml to 750ml.
Bottle suitability, closure requirements and production volumes will depend on the beverage and packaging specification.
Our current canning capabilities include:
- Crown & Ring pull
- ROPP (Stelvin) caps
- Screw Caps
Canning
We provide carbonated beverage canning across a selection of standard and slender can formats for both 200 and 202 end production.

This includes:

- 330ml and 550ml Standard
Packaging
We provide a complete packaging application service onside including sleeving, adhesive labelling, clear and branded shrink-wrapping, barcode printing, boxing and palletizing.
We supply cans and lids and generic packaging materials. Clients supply their branded or custom packaging materials including labels, sleeves and cartons which are then applied during the production.

Kegged Cocktails
Kegged-beverage production is available for suitable venue, brand and production partnerships.
Custom event setups and tap-hire enquiries are managed through BarCraft’s dedicated partner, Keg-Hire.

Quality & Compliance
Our facility is licensed for liquor production and HACCP/ISO 22000 accredited. We offer in-house and external testing support, including basic product testing, nutritional and microbial analysis, shelf-life testing, label compliance and export assistance. Requirements are assessed according to your product and intended market.
