Production Capabilities

Our manufacturing capability includes glass bottling for still and carbonated beverages, carbonated canning, kegging, and bulk concentrate supply. We offer sampling volumes from 5 to 500 litres, with commercial production runs ranging from 500 litres up to 30,000 litres.

Our facility is fully licensed for liquor production and HACCP/ISO22000 accredited.

Our flexible still and carbonated lines accommodate formats from 50ml to 750ml. We offer a full suite of enclosure options to suit your brand’s aesthetic, including traditional cork, ROPP stelvin caps, crown lids, and convenient ring-pull caps for modern beverage styles.

We specialise in 330ml, 440ml, and 500ml standard cans, with our flagship format being the 300ml slender can (202 end). Please note that while we handle a wide range of volumes, 200ml and 250ml (200 end) canning is currently not facilitated on-site.

We provide end-to-end packaging, including shrink-sleeving, adhesive labelling, and palletising. Clients supply all branded materials; we then execute the application using high-speed tunnels and automatic labelling machines. Our team ensures every unit is barcoded, boxed, and retail-ready before it leaves our facility.

Beyond packaging, we offer comprehensive syrup production and blending services for off-site manufacturing. Our team manages raw material sourcing, rigorous product testing, and provides on-site technical support at external facilities to ensure your formula maintains its integrity during bottling or canning.

As a leader in premium keg cocktails, we offer contract filling for spritzers, G&Ts, and non-alcoholic blends. While we handle the production for venues and partnerships, all custom event setups and tap hire enquiries are managed through our dedicated partner: Keg-Hire.
